By downloading, accessing, or using Mondo, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Scrape, copy, or misuse content from the App

4. Intellectual Property

All content in Mondo (text, images, logos, trademarks) is owned by Mondo or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
User-generated content (bookmarks, notes) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it to operate the App.

5. Disclaimers

Mondo provides content "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of event information, place details, or opening hours.
We are not responsible for third-party content or services (e.g., Ticketmaster events, Unsplash images).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Mondo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (currently $0, as the App is free).

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
